No. Create your account, confirm your email, and you are in: a five-step guide sets up your farm, your cattle and your feed in a few minutes, and every step can be skipped. You get full access to every feature for 30 days. If you decide FarmerTrack isn't for you, there is nothing to cancel. Rather have us set it up? Ask for a call and we will.
You pick a plan in the app and keep going with everything you entered — pick one during the trial and the rest of the trial stays free. If the trial ends without a plan you get 7 days of reminders, then the account is suspended until you pick one. Nothing is deleted: your records are kept, and you can still sign in and download them. Need more time to decide? Ask us.
No. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time in the app. Your plan then runs to the end of what you've paid for. There are no refunds or credits for part of a month or year (a charge made in error, like a duplicate, is refunded) — and a yearly plan runs its full year. Take a full export of your records with you whenever you like; if you ask us to close your account, we give you a final copy and delete your farm from the live system within 30 days.
Every active animal on the day, calves included. Sold, processed and dead animals stay in your history and don't count.
FarmerTrack tells you, and you have 7 days to move to Pro. After that everything keeps working and nothing is lost, but new animals can't be added until you move. Sell some and get back to 150 or under, and the reminder goes away on its own.
